We would rather hear it from you
If any part of our service has fallen short, tell us directly. Most issues are resolved with a single phone call, and we prefer to hear about a problem early rather than learn about it later.
Level 1 — Raise it with us
Write to info@harikrushnainvestment.com with “Complaint” in the subject line, call +91 98792 80192, or visit our office at 234, 2nd Floor, Radhhika Optima, Yamuna Chowk, Mota Varachha, Surat, Gujarat – 394101
Please include your name, mobile number, folio or policy number, the date of the transaction concerned, and a clear description of the issue with copies of any relevant documents.
- We acknowledge every complaint within 3 working days.
- We aim to resolve it within 21 working days of receipt.
- If more time is genuinely required, we will tell you why and give a revised date.
Level 2 — Escalate within our office
If the response at Level 1 does not satisfy you, escalate to the ARN holder and owner, Narendra Rajpara, at the same address and email, marking the subject “Escalation”. A response will be issued within 10 working days of escalation.
Level 3 — Take it to the product provider or regulator
If you remain dissatisfied, you have a direct right to approach the following, and nothing on this page restricts that right:
For mutual fund matters
- The asset management company — through the investor relations officer whose contact details appear in the scheme information document and on the AMC website.
- AMFI — the Association of Mutual Funds in India, for conduct-related complaints against a distributor, at amfiindia.com.
- SEBI SCORES — the SEBI Complaints Redress System at scores.sebi.gov.in, or the SEBI toll-free helpline.
- SEBI Online Dispute Resolution — the ODR portal, where a complaint is not resolved through the above routes.
For insurance matters
- The insurer's grievance redressal officer — contact details are printed on your policy document.
- IRDAI Bima Bharosa — the IRDAI grievance portal, or the IRDAI grievance call centre.
- The Insurance Ombudsman — for eligible complaints, at the office having jurisdiction over Gujarat.
Complaints we cannot resolve
Some matters lie outside our control as a distributor. These include the investment performance of a scheme, an insurer's decision on underwriting or claim admissibility, and processing delays at a registrar or asset management company. In such cases we will still assist you by taking the matter up with the concerned entity on your behalf and by giving you the correct escalation route, but the decision rests with that entity.
Record of complaints
We maintain a register of complaints received, the action taken and the date of closure. This record is available for inspection by regulators and by the complainant on request.
