These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of harikrushnainvestment.com, operated by Harikrushna Investment, an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor holding ARN-69388, whose ARN holder and owner is Narendra Rajpara. By accessing this website you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Nature of our business

We are engaged in the distribution and referral of financial products, including mutual fund schemes, insurance products, fixed deposits and bonds. We are not a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser, a research analyst, a portfolio manager or a stock broker. We do not provide investment advice for consideration, we do not manage funds on a discretionary basis, and we do not guarantee, assure or promise any return on any product.

3. No offer, no advice

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation, recommendation or advice to buy, sell or hold any security or financial product. All content is general information published for the convenience of visitors. It does not take account of the objectives, financial situation or particular needs of any individual. 4. Handling of funds

We do not accept cash under any circumstances. Payments for investments must be made by the investor directly to the asset management company, insurer or issuer through banking channels from the investor's own bank account. We do not accept cheques or transfers drawn in our own name for the purpose of investment. Units, policies and instruments are always held in the name of the investor.

5. Accuracy of information you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you give us, including in KYC and insurance proposal forms. Incorrect or incomplete disclosure can result in an application being rejected or a claim being repudiated by the insurer, and we accept no liability for such an outcome.

6. Intellectual property

The content, layout, design, logo and marks on this website belong to Harikrushna Investment or to their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, republished or distributed without written permission. Photographs used are licensed stock images or client-supplied material and are illustrative only. Third-party names, logos and trademarks that appear are the property of their respective owners and their appearance does not imply any endorsement.
